These rather special  Boulder Opal tumbled stones

are Medium size

Boulder Opal Forms in a Brownish rock called Ironstone. These Boulders have been formed by the earth over a great number of years. This is a rare form, as cracks have appered in the boulder and silica has entered, solidified and the material becomes Gem Opal.

The colours are Milky with flecks of blue, green, red and purple. Some have more colour flecks than others but the all have the milky opal running through them.
